Just being your authentic self. Let it go, and don’t forgive! it feels super empowering! I don’t loose sleep. But when I was healing and felt that forgiving someone was the only way to move forward…. I lost so much time and sleep, until one day I said Na fuck that! Fuck them, switched it up and forgave MYSELF & met beautiful others who did/ do the same. You will never forget how people treat you, you have to learn to live with the feeling they put upon you. so how the fuck can you forgive them? Nope. Move on & forgive yourself instead. Wish them well, let it go and let it flow baby!
