On my birthday, I promised myself I would never spend it in the UK/at home! This year, I just dreamt of a warm bath and room service! And without knowing until my actual birthday, that is exactly what I got! I arrived in Ireland, and yes, I was working, which is something I have promised myself I also would never do again, but it was okay. I finished work at 6pm, laid in the bath, and realized what I had manifested! After my bath, I ordered room service, basically my birthday cake, and there was a small section to add notes. I put "It's my 34th birthday <3." I thought, gosh, if someone puts happy birthday on the plate, my birthday would be absolutely complete... Well! There was a knock on the door! I jumped up, made sure I was wrapped up properly in my dressing gown, and scurried to the door! I opened the door, and there were three people standing there singing happy birthday, and oh my goodness, I was filled with SO MUCH JOY! So kind, so sweet, I cried my absolute eyes out afterwards. It was just EVERYTHING! What really gets me is the moment before I opened the door, not having any idea what was to happen, and the fact that those beautiful people have no idea how happy they made me... well, maybe they do because I was giggling and smiling and doing a little excited bounce when they were singing to me, but they had no idea I cried my eyes out with happiness after! ahhh humans! a moment cherished!
